A HEALTHY BODY HAS A HEALTHY MIND!

Dear Students! 

Health is wealth, is true proverb. Now-a-days, we are facing serious health problems around us. No one is safe unless he is careful about what is happing around him. Due to increase in pollution, it is very difficult to protect yourself from diseases. But, it is not impossible. Here we discuss some basic rules which are helpful in your daily life to prevent yourself from diseases. These are given below:

  1. Drink pure water before going to bathroom in the morning.
  2. Brush your teeth gently.
  3. Don’t miss the breakfast.
  4. Take a lunch to your school/college/university from home.
  5. Eat gently and slowly having breakfast, lunch or dinner.
  6. Take some rest in the afternoon, especially after Namaz e Zuhar.
  7. Eat dinner before Namaz e Eshaa.
  8. Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy.
  9. Wear dresses according to the seasons.
  10. Do not miss morning exercise
